FAQ Regarding Website Transition

I’ve noticed that the website www.traceelements.health is no longer operational. What is going on?

The website traceelements.health was intended as a staging site for the purpose of testing and development but unexpectedly attracted the interest of practitioners. This was despite the fact that the developers kept the site mostly offline (downtime >90%) and did not publicize or promote the site’s existence in any way. We have transitioned to our permanent website - hairmineralanalysis.health.

This change has been made to adhere to the requirements of our principal, Trace Elements, Inc. based in Addison, Texas. We cannot conduct business from traceelements.health due to constraints in the terms of our principal-distributor agreement.

Can I register directly with Trace Elements, Inc. the laboratory?

No, Trace Elements Inc. does not operate under a B2C model. 
They work through official resellers and distributors like us, to serve healthcare practitioners, retail clients and patients in the U.S. and all over the world.

Are there countries you cannot offer Trace Elements, Inc.'s products & services to?

We offer products and services worldwide, with the exception of the following countries with exclusive distribution agreements:

Absolutely! As a registered practitioner member, you can continue to enjoy practitioner’s discounts and bulk discounts on all Trace Elements Inc.’s products.
